SEO Specialist - Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze the SEO on-page and off-page requirements to improve a website's ranking on Google
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics
- Recommend changes to client’s website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Work with content marketing team to produce blogs / on-page content for SEO
- Research and analyze client’s competitors advertising links
- Build out detailed SEO strategy reports for potential (pitching) and active clients (monthly report).
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviors, and Google algorithm changes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or relevant field.
- 1 years+ of experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
- Experience with keyword research methodsranking factors and search engine algorithms and website analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle many projects simultaneously
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data pertaining to SEO
- Working knowledge of website development (HTML, CSS, PHP) is a plus
