Network Operation Center Staff

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day network operation service, incident, problem, request and change management.

• Design, Installation and troubleshooting for hardware, software and application for

Data Center and Cloud Technology.

• Maintain, Optimize and resolve network infrastructure to meet SLA.

• Monitor network performance, Ensure Availability and Reliability. Prepare monthly

report.

• Install and basic configure operating systems.

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries (Nipa Cloud Production).

Qualifications

• Male age between 25-35 years old.

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Information and Communication Technology, Computer

Engineer, Computer Science or related field.

• Experience on network infrastructure support for at least 3 years.

• Experience on configuration network related such as VLAN, BGP, Firewall L7.

• Experience on VLAN, VXLAN, Spanning Tree, MPLS, Port Aggregation, CIDR, Routing

Protocals (Static, OSPF,BGP ) would be a plus.

• Experience in Network Management Tool (Prtg, Cacti Zabbix).

• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box,

Openstack) is an advantage.

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

• Experience in Ticket system for customers.

• Experience Google cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS is an advantage.

• Willing to self-study for network knowledge and learn new knowledge from team

• Have CCNA, CCNP is an advantage.

• Able to work in shifts.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English
