Position: "DevOps Engineer”
We’re looking for candidates interested in automation, CI/CD, and cloud systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with Software Engineers and the infrastructure teams to help release code, set up and manage infrastructure, and make sure systems run smoothly and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Build, set-up, and research development tools, infrastructure and environments to support software delivery processes.
- Develop and implement scalable and efficient system architectures such as Cloud platforms, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub, ArgoCD, or other automation frameworks.
- Monitor system performance, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure system reliability and meet defined SLA uptime targets.
- Working with software engineers to ensure smooth integration and deployment workflows.
- Support team members throughout the cloud operations organization.
- Propose ideas and solutions within the infrastructure team to reduce the workload by automation.
- Internal support: Maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot systems, control internal portal change and support development teams.
- Customer consult & implement: Provide DevOps solutions, deploy infrastructure, and support client projects.
- Acquire relevant certifications for DevOps/SRE
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical major, or commensurate experience.
- Related internship experiences and related graduating projects especially considered.
- 0-2 years in DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, Systems Development, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), or Resilience Engineering.
- 0-2 years of server systems debug experience; debugging and root causing complex application platforms.
- Exposure to cloud or virtualization, Docker, Kubernetes (about AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenStack, OpenShift, VMware vSphere) is plus.
- Experience with API, OS, Networking troubleshooting (API Request, CPU/Mem profiling, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN or related).
- Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu, Debian CentOS, RedHat) and Linux namespaces.
- Interest in contributing towards increasing durability, security, availability and scalability of systems through exploration, diagnosis and remediation.
- Systematic thinking - ability to diagnose interactions between discrete components of system and drive product improvements.
- Both an independent worker and a good team player.
- Effective communicator and eager self-starter.
- Proficiency in Thai (Speaking/Reading/Writing)and English (Reading/Writing)
