Influencer Specialist

🔎 Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential influencers across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Line
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and rising influencers
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with influencers and bloggers
  • Negotiate pricing and partnership terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to match influencers with client brand objectives
  • Provide accurate project timelines and ensure on-time campaign delivery


🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing is a plus, but not required) 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in outreach campaign strategies is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working with influencers or in the entertainment industry
  • Experience in a digital advertising agency (1+ year) is preferred
