Influencer Specialist

🔎 Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential influencers across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Line
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and rising influencers
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with influencers and bloggers
- Negotiate pricing and partnership terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to match influencers with client brand objectives
- Provide accurate project timelines and ensure on-time campaign delivery
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in outreach campaign strategies is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working with influencers or in the entertainment industry
- Experience in a digital advertising agency (1+ year) is preferred
