HR Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting for cloud computing technology business and online marketing agency business
  • End to end recruiting including screening CV’s, conducting phone interview, face to face interview, reference check
  • Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social network to attract highly qualified candidates and positively promote and grow employer branding
  • Collaborating with recruitment manager and support during recruiting process
  • Being a part of recruitment team, raising idea, improving current process and constantly creative thinking and think out of box
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates recruiting
  • Match the right candidates with business and culture
  • Conducting of clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to e-mail and preparing of relevant document
  • Managing and scheduling recruitment appointment
  • Coordination with various recruitment websites
  • Assisting administration tasks relating to recruitment process ex. filing new comer’s documentation, taking a photo of new comers, issue PR/PO
  • Collecting and following up on recruitment document for ISO audit
  • Being responsible for company Staff Activities (monthly party)
  • Performing complex administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female, age 21- 28 years old, welcome new graduates
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or other related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in recruitment or other Human Resource Management function is preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in recruiting IT business or cloud computing technology business or online marketing agency business is preferred
  • Positive, can do attitude, creative, high responsibility, results oriented and strong service mind
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good command in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent is preferred)
